SKILLS OPTIMISATION PROGRAMME
A comprehensive programme designed to hone the skills you need when searching for a new role which is delivered in two parts.

Part 1 - Group session
This will be delivered as a 2 hour workshop which is run for groups of between 5 to 10 people. The core elements of this programme include:

How to write an effective CV and letter of introduction

Interacting with Agencies and head hunters

Successfully applying to advertisements

Online applications

Direct applications to organisations

Optimise networking, how to create an effective network NOW

Telephone/Interview Techniques

Part 2 - Individual one to one session
Followed by a 1 hour individual session conducted either face to face, on the telephone or online dependant upon the prefence of each person. This session will include:

	Review of your CV
	Review your key skills
	Highlight your key achievements
	How by presenting your experience in different ways you can open up other opportunities and maximise your search for a new role e.g to move into other business sectors
	Build a clear picture of your ideal role
	Create an Action Plan
