Tracey Rawson Managing Director Tracey has over 20 years recruitment experience and is a Master & Business Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Tracey has always worked within service industries, initially working within financial services prior to recruitment. Tracey has a passion to make a difference, whether this is engaging with individuals or organisations, she will endeavour to create the best outcome for all. Tracey is dedicated to provide first class customer service and by using her core values of honesty and integrity she is able to focus on providing truly cost effective, value for money solutions.

Jill Lawday Business Associate, Skills Optimisation Programme Jill is a highly experienced, professional Executive Coach and trainer. She is an Associate of the Institute of Personnel and Development and Master & Business Practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Jill has delivered High Performance Coaching and Coaching for Business and Personal Development which include areas such as leadership, self awareness & interpersonal skills. Jill has also worked with Senior Executives to gain support and "buy in" to significant and wide reaching change programmes. Jill's passion is to ensure people fulfil their goals by being honing their skills to the best they can be.

Helen Michaels Business Associate, Skills Optimisation Programme Helen has a wealth of hands on commercial experience from working with FTSE 100 companies and SME's. Prior to working as an Executive Coach Helen has held executive leadership roles across industry and functions and has been responsible for the delivery of significant business transformation programmes. Her experience is underpinned by a business degree from Warwick University and executive programmes from INSEAD and the Institute for Applied Behavioural Science (USA). She is a Qualified Practitioner of Psychometric Testing (OPP) and a Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Helen is passionate about exemplary customer service delivery and ensuring people fulfil their full potential.
